By purchasing Online Courses on justbecausepanda.com you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Ownership and Use License
All Online Courses on justbecausepanda.com are owned by Alicja Wołkowska also known as justbecausepanda (referred to as 'we', 'us').
All images, text, information, data, audio, video, graphics, and other material provided on or through justbecausepanda Online Courses are for your personal use only.
Under this license you MAY NOT:

You are responsible for all activities made by your account, and you are responsible to make sure that your password is confidential. You must immediately notify us of any external use of your account.
If more than one person is using your account, we have the right to revoke your access to the Online Courses.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Accuracy of information
The materials appearing in the Online Courses may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site or services, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
Damages
In no event shall Alicja Wołkowska / justbecausepanda be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in the Online Courses.
You are responsible for correct use of materials and equipment, and also for your own safety while following Online Courses.
The Online Courses are for training purposes only. We will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the Online Course or Course Materials for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to, the giving of advice by you to any third party.
Warranty
Online Courses are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty or representation that access to or operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
We aim to maintain and run a website of as good quality and functionality as possible. If something on the site or in Online Courses does not work as intended, we will to the best of our ability handle this. However, the site and services may be disturbed by factors beyond our control, and therefore we do not provide any guarantees for the functionality of the site or service
We do not take responsibility for the site or service to function on all devices, all web browsers or all versions of web browsers.
Payment policy
All payments are made before acquiring access to Online Courses. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer has not purchased the service. If no payment is received, no service will be provided.
Payment can be made via paypal or credit card (option appears after you select paypal).

All amounts are payable in Euro. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making a payment shall be borne by you, and shall not be deductible from the amounts due to us.
Return policy
Once you have purchased the service, access is immediate, and all information is accessible, therefore we cannot guarantee a money back solution as this could be taken advantage of.
If you have purchased an Online Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Online Course and/or started to use that Online Course then you shall have no right to cancel your order.

This service involves the collection and retention of users personal information such as an email address upon registering an account.
All stored data is necessary for accessing Online Courses.
Our Privacy Policy is GDPR compliant. We don’t collect unnecessary information and would never knowingly share information with a third party. By accepting this agreement, you accept our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access your information and to be forgotten. Using the right to be forgotten does not mean Online Courses refund.
By purchasing this workshop you gain access to all materials for the period of 2 years.
